Three photo beams in a single strip adds ambulatory monitoring to the modular test chamber.
A single strip at the back of the chamber and on the door hold three strategically placed I/R light sources and three photo beam detectors. These are located at the rear, center and front of the chamber. They can be use for certain auto shaping procedure, procedures that require the animal to be in a certain location for a trial to start, or for general ambulatory monitoring in the operant test chamber.
